Return and Refund Policy

You may rescind the contract and return the product within 7 days of receipt without stating a reason, as detailed below.

Return conditions: the product must be unused and in its original condition, with original packaging and complete contents, and with proof of purchase.

1. If the return is caused by us

(damaged product, manufacturing defect, non-conformity with the published description or specifications, or a wrong item delivered): we bear all return costs, and you are refunded in full including the original delivery fee. You bear no cost whatsoever.

2. If the return is at your own request with no defect or non-conformity (change of mind)

You retain this right within the same period, and you bear the cost of shipping the product back to us and the related fees, which will not exceed the actual shipping cost. The product price is refunded; the original delivery fee is not refundable in this case.

3. Excluded from the no-reason right

Products custom-made to your order or specifications (except where defective or non-conforming), software downloaded online, used discs or software, newspapers, magazines, publications and books, and accommodation, transport, or catering services. Also excluded are used or misuse-damaged products and requests submitted after the 7-day period.

4. Process

Contact us within 7 days of receipt stating the reason, with clear photos of the issue where applicable. Your request is processed within 1 to 3 business days, and the refund is issued via the original payment method after the product is received and its condition verified.

Orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment preparation with a full refund. After shipment, the return policy above applies.
